
LEADERSHIP
Sherrie Nash is CEO/President and majority owner of JBS Solutions, Inc., a Huntsville-based firm that provides engineering and technical logistics services. After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Auburn University, she entered the work force as an engineer and was soon promoted into engineering management, working for a Fortune 500 company for nearly a decade. She served in private sector as an engineering manager, industrial engineer, and Manufacturing and Assembly engineer with experience including fabrication and test of complex hardware systems. Following that period of getting her career off the ground, Mrs. Nash changed her focus to caring for her family and spent the next 20 years managing her household. During that time, she served as a Director for Sweet Ministries in Atlanta, GA where she used her expertise to evaluate ministry operations and implement infrastructure process improvements. Mrs. Nash also served as Treasurer for Sweet Ministries. In addition, Sherrie led numerous women’s groups and volunteered her time to many non-profit organizations in her community. Mrs. Nash returned to her engineering career when her youngest child was finishing high school, and now when she is not managing the JBS Solutions engineering, operations and logistics teams, she co-chairs the Workforce NOW Coalition whose mission is to prepare individuals who live in under-resourced communities of Huntsville to enter the workforce through Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) companies. She also serves as Mentoring Director on the Women in Defense Board of Directors and is a steering Committee Member / Cofounder for the HUBZone Accelerator, a Project of The Catalyst. Mrs. Nash supports the Miracle League of Huntsville where she has served alongside her husband for 10 years as co-leader of special needs sports teams.
Bill Nash is Director of Community Outreach and Development of JBS Solutions, Inc., a Huntsville-based firm that provides engineering and technical logistics services. After receiving a Bachelor of Architecture from Auburn University, Bill worked as an architect for 11 years designing multifamily structures and then went on to earn a Master of Divinity degree. Since that time, Bill followed his passion for community development where he served as a pastor for numerous churches in Alabama and Georgia for 18 years. Bill has been a volunteer and baseball coach for the special needs non-profit organization Miracle League for over 10 years and has been involved in numerous other projects around Huntsville. Bill is currently leading the effort to establish a non-profit organization that will serve the West Huntsville community.
