HUBZone Accelerator
Sherrie Nash, JBS CEO, is one of the founding partners of the HUBZone Accelerator. The mission of the HUBZone Accelerator is to promote strong HUBZone businesses by providing tools for small business success, a platform for inspirational HUBZone initiatives and connections between HUBZone companies and Federal Agencies/Large Businesses.
Manna House
A food distribution program of the Huntsville Dream Center, this 501(c)3 public charity boasts volunteers of all cultures, faiths, economic levels and educational backgrounds who come together to meet the needs of those experiencing difficult situations. They work to improve the quality of life for others in the Huntsville, Alabama, community.
Women in Defense Tennessee Valley Chapter
WID is a National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) Affiliate that engages, cultivates and advances women in all areas of national security. This chapter allows area women to contribute to the nation’s defense through service in the military, the Department of Defense or private industry. Chapter activities give insight and advice from industry leaders. They cover topics of interest to women pursuing or considering careers in the industry and support students in their quest for a career in defense. JBS Solutions' CEO Sherrie Nash serves as the Mentoring Chair and Board Member.
His Way Recovery Center
Since 2007, this Christ-centered residential treatment program has been helping men overcome addiction to drugs and alcohol. JBS supports their mission of reclaiming, rebuilding and restoring the individual under their care, with the ultimate goal of returning to their families, careers, churches and communities, a person who has been made whole.
Ability Plus
JBS assists Ability Plus, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that maintains residential homes and day habilitation for individuals in North Alabama with intellectual disabilities, with their annual Golf Tournament fundraiser.
The Miracle League
JBS Management coaches Miracle League special needs baseball teams. "Each and every time I’m coaching, I’m reminded of the things that I take for granted, such as being able to talk, walk, and feed myself, and that what is really most important is investing in another person’s life so they feel encouraged and successful. This reinforces what I’m learning as a business owner – it’s about relationships and not the task," states JBS CEO, Sherrie Nash.

JBS supports the Cornerstone Initiative to eliminate generational poverty. JBS management supports board activities and events. JBS management has a passion for this community and strives to make a difference and impact.
Intentional Faith
Intentional Faith is a non-profit 501(c)3 that equips, mentors, and provides hope in Jesus’ name, Through personal relationship, they help those they serve discover their God-given potential by connecting them to opportunities for spiritual, personal and professional growth. JBS works with this visionary organization to identify individuals in the community who can benefit from their programs and supports their efforts to deploy them in community service and walk alongside them as mentors.
